Why We Built This Site
Colorado provides public court and criminal-justice records subject to access limits, but Yuma County has no one public interface that merges every issuing court. The Combined Court maintains district- and county-court cases. Yuma and Wray municipal offices handle their own city citations. The sheriff serves or routes law-enforcement matters and accepts targeted records requests. We organize these separate official channels and explain what each can and cannot establish, because an empty docket search or missing name on a legacy list is not proof that no warrant exists.
What You Will Find Here
- Warrant lookup: how the Colorado Judicial docket and issuing clerk fit into a Yuma County status check
- Outstanding status: why active, served, recalled, and quashed must be verified with the issuing court
- Missed dates: how local bench warrants may arise in Combined Court or municipal court matters
- Arrest process: how a judicial officer issues an arrest warrant and peace officers may serve it
- Resolution routes: how to ask about a new hearing, recall, surrender, bond, payment, or attorney motion
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Colorado court, the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office, a municipal court, or any government agency. Its limits are important:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes on some content pages and control their own results, fees, and data practices. A completed purchase may produce referral revenue that supports the resource. Those tools are not the Colorado Judicial Branch, Yuma County Combined Court, or the Sheriff’s Office, and their output cannot replace confirmation from the issuing court.
